Radnostix (formerly International Isotopes) reported revenue decreases for the first quarter of 2026, which ended March 31.
The company posted total revenue of $2.38 million in the quarter, down 27% from $3.24 million in the same period in 2025. Radnostix said this decrease was driven by recall impacts, isotope shortages, and downtime related to its Cobalt-60 hot cell.
Among the highlights from the first quarter include the completion of construction for a dedicated Calibration & Reference Products manufacturing facility. The company also completed repair and retrofitting of its Cobalt-60 hot cell, adding 15 to 20 years of life. With this repair, commercial activities resumed during the first quarter after more than five months of down time.
