Houston-based Plus Therapeutics has rebranded as Cerenome, a name the company said reflects its evolution from a therapeutics-focused organization into an integrated central nervous system (CNS) oncology company.
Cerenome's three key pillars are: CNSide, a cerebrospinal fluid-based diagnostic platform for characterizing and managing CNS cancers; Reyobiq (rhenium Re-186 obisbemeda), an investigational targeted radiotherapeutic in clinical trials for leptomeningeal metastases, recurrent glioblastoma, and pediatric brain cancer; and a proprietary data analytics and AI platform intended to support precision oncology and clinical decision-making, according to the company.
