Varian article in July 9, 2003 Letter from the Editor

In our July 9, 2003 edition of Letter from the Editor, we included a link to a story incorrectly stating that Varian Medical Systems issued a guidance that warned of lower sales for the third quarter. The guidance was actually issued by Varian Inc., a developer of scientific instruments. The companies were separated in a spin-off in 1999 and are now separate entities.
