XiFin has named Sanjay Kumar as its new chief technology officer (CTO).
Kumar brings more than two decades of experience scaling cloud-native and AI-driven platform initiatives across healthcare and technology organizations, the company said. Most recently, he served as CTO of ResMed's residential care software business, which included MatrixCare, Brightree, and Medifox Dan. Among his achievements were unifying fragmented product portfolios into a single cloud-native platform and embedding machine learning and generative AI into clinical and revenue cycle workflows, according to XiFin.
In his new role, Kumar will advance XiFin's AI innovation strategy and support growth in emerging areas such as medical devices and durable medical equipment, the firm said.
