Medical technology trade group AdvaMed has selected John Jaeckle, chief regulatory affairs strategist at GE HealthCare, as the recipient of its 2026 Imaging Röntgen Award.
The award recognizes Jaeckle’s more than 25 years of work in medical imaging regulation and standards development, particularly in CT, according to AdvaMed. For more than two decades, he has held leadership roles in the CT Section of AdvaMed Imaging, working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and international stakeholders on standards that address radiation dose management, user safeguards, and CT performance, the organization said.
Jaeckle will receive the award on October 20 at the AdvaMed Imaging board of directors meeting, held in conjunction with The MedTech Conference in Boston.
