Intelerad hits PACS milestone, wins Florida contract

PACS vendor Intelerad Medical Systems has exceeded the 500 mark for the number of IntelePACS installed worldwide, the company reported.

The Montreal-based firm has also earned a contract with the Naples Community Hospital (NCH) Healthcare System and Naples Diagnostic Imaging Centers (NDIC) of Florida for its IntelePACS package, according to Intelerad.

NCH Healthcare System is a two-hospital 681-bed system in Collier County and southwest Florida. NDIC operates multiple imaging centers and is affiliated with NCH Healthcare.
