PACS vendor Amicas will highlight an updated radiology workflow package at this week's Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) meeting in Providence, RI.
The package includes Vision Series PACS; RadStream, which imports report turnaround time by 40%, according to the company; Vision Reach, which creates a single, multimedia report for referring physicians; Vision Series RIS; and Vision Series Financials, a practice management and billing software system. It also includes Insight Dashboards, which helps radiology practices track their performance, and Vision Series Document Management, which helps practices comply with HIPAA's privacy and security guidelines.
The overall package will help radiology practices grow and optimize their businesses, according to Boston-based Amicas.
