NEC Display Solutions of America has launched a new desktop display, MultiSync P212.
The latest addition to the company's MultiSync P series, P212 is designed for use in digital image acquisition, command and control, and industrial applications, the company said. The display is capable of 24/7 operation, comes in four configurations, and features a conventional-format 4:3 aspect ratio and 1,600 x 1,200 resolution.
Other P212 features include the following:
- Backlight technology to deliver a long display life
- 440 cd/m2 brightness
- Black level control to manage contrast ratio (1,500:1)
- Three-port USB 3.0 hub for device connectivity
- Five custom presets that are customizable using MultiProfiler software
- Digital uniformity correction to ensure consistent color and brightness over the entire display area
- Internal 14-bit 3D programmable lookup tables
- Ergonomic flexibility including tilt, swivel, height, and pivot controls for landscape/portrait orientations
