FDA OKs Fusion Robotic's spinal robotics system

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted 510(k) clearance to Fusion Robotics for its 3D imaging-compatible navigation and robotic system used in spine surgery.

The firm said it plans on broad commercialization throughout the U.S. this year.
