SonoSite forms emergency services alliance

Compact-ultrasound developer SonoSite has signed a partnership with emergency medical response technology provider Physio-Control of Redmond, WA.

The two firms will collaborate for point-of-care ultrasound in the emergency medical services (EMS) market, according to SonoSite of Bothell, WA. Under the terms of the deal, the Physio-Control sales organization will assist in introducing SonoSite's products to the EMS market.
