Acacia signs patent deal with Intuitive

Patent holding company Acacia Research and its Hospital Systems subsidiary have reached a license agreement with PACS vendor Intuitive Imaging Informatics of Bell Canyon, CA.

The agreement covers a portfolio of patents related to PACS technology and settles the parties' dispute pending in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, according to Acacia of Newport Beach, CA.
