NightHawk unveils new QA program

Teleradiology services provider NightHawk Radiology has announced implementation of its redesigned quality assurance (QA) program, which is intended to foster better communication between NightHawk's radiologists and customers.

The new program involves continuous feedback processes that assign a monthly Medial Quality Score using metrics based on report accuracy and report quality, according to the Coeur D'Alene, ID-based firm.
