Totoku upgrades displays

Japanese display provider Totoku has enhanced its CCL254i2 and CCL354i2 LCDs.

The Tokyo-based firm has added color uniformity correction and upgraded the size of the internal lookup table (LUT) from 10 bits per channel to 16. In addition, Totoku said it has redesigned its on-screen display, allowing users to select a calibration preset to ensure a match with the application being used.

All functions have already been applied to the current production of CCL254i2 units, and they will be applied to CCL354i2 displays in October, Totoku said.
