Infinitt licenses Acacia PACS technology

RIS/PACS vendor Infinitt North America of Phillipsburg, NJ, has signed a license agreement with Acacia Research subsidiary Hospital Systems.

The license covers a PACS technology patent portfolio and settles the vendor's dispute in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, according to Acacia of Newport Beach, CA.
