AHRA calls for hurricane aid

The American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) of Sudbury, MA, said it has registered with the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to help coordinate all aspects of radiology management for relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.

The organization said it will act as a clearinghouse for bringing together its members, vendors, and suppliers who have contacted the AHRA to offer services and products to those who have needs.

If you would like to volunteer, or have radiology equipment or supplies to donate, please e-mail the AHRA at [email protected], and provide the organization with your contact information and information about the nature of your donation.
