Emageon will showcase release 5.30.1 of its Emageon System. New features include native volume rendering and an integrated administrative toolset. The Web Admin tools provide a collaborative environment for content management and include a new quality control workstation, according to the Birmingham, AL-based vendor.
Emageon has also tweaked the system's enterprise workflow capabilities with new physician tools to manage and increase productivity. These features include Personal Content Manager with JPEG2000, teleconferencing, StudyNotes, and an exam work list with new enterprise-wide folder views.
