IMSI to unveil imsiIntegrator

Radiology informatics developer Integrated Modular Systems will be debuting its imsiIntegrator tool at this month's 2009 RSNA meeting in Chicago.

Designed to connect the firm's imsiRIS software with an enterprise PACS, HIS, or EMR, imsiIntegrator provides a secure, Web-based interface and is HL7 and DICOM-compliant, according to the Havertown, PA-based vendor. It automatically launches images in a Web browser when a patient name or study name is clicked in a RIS, EMR, or other medical information system, IMSI said.
