2007 11 07 15 31 46 706The kiosk-based product is designed to allow mammography patients to enter their own history data into MammoBase RIS or HIS. After entering data through a touch screen, patients can view informational videos about mammography and women's healthcare.

A patient's responses feed into the MammoBase patient history area and are instantly accessible. Healthcare providers can print history sheets with patient demographics and history, as well as breast diagrams and other tools.

After a patient has finished responding to the medical history wizard, she can use headphones to view multimedia resources about breast cancer. The topics include breast self-exam, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, and breast cancer risk factors and warning signs.
