Swedish imaging informatics and digital mammography developer Sectra has received its first U.K. order for a complete radiology information system, from a Scottish hospital.
The seven-year contract with Dr. Gray’s Hospital in Elgin, Scotland, will use the firm's RIS and PACS as well as its orthopedic preoperative planning product to handle the facility's 35,000 annual radiology examinations. The order is valued at approximately £900,000 ($1.66 million, U.S.), Sectra said.
