Imaging software developer Median Technologies saw its revenues for fiscal 2020 grow 51%, thanks to solid growth in its business unit that provides imaging services for clinical trials.
For the year (end-December 31), Median saw revenues of 13.5 million euros ($16.4 million), up 51% compared with revenues of 9 million euros ($10.9 million) in 2019. The company said that it was a record year for its iCRO business unit, a contract research organization (CRO) that provides services for oncology clinical trials.
The company also reported a strong fourth quarter, with revenues of 4.1 million euros ($5 million), a 56% increase compared to revenue in the fourth quarter of 2019. At the end of the year, the company's backlog stood at 51.7 million euros ($62.8 million), a 35% increase compared with 38.3 million euros ($46.6 million) at the same point at the end of 2019.
