Cortechs.ai has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration 510(k) clearance for NeuroQuant PET, an automated quantification platform for amyloid PET imaging in Alzheimer's disease and other neurological conditions.
The software generates structured reports of standardized uptake value ratios (SUVRs) and Centiloid measurements for the amyloid PET tracers flutemetamol, florbetaben, and florbetapir, and enables standardized comparison across tracers and imaging systems, the company said. NeuroQuant PET features PACS-ready outputs designed to integrate quantitative metrics into existing PET/CT, PET/MR, and PET-only workflows, Cortechs.ai added.
