The 1st Annual Women’s Health Congress will be a broad-based event focusing on the conditions and diseases that may be unique to women, are more prevalent in women, or manifest differently in women. Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions and diseases that affect women are being made at a pace more rapid than ever before. Clinicians who have female patients are in a position of having to keep pace with an increasingly extensive body of knowledge on topics both specific to their specialties and of more general importance. The medium of a health congress devoted to topics on women’s health is an opportunity for all clinicians involved in women’s healthcare to expand their knowledge and understanding of these issues in a collegial atmosphere. Congress attendees will have the opportunity to select targeted tracks on ob/gyn conditions, metabolic disorders, psychiatry, and cardiology. The educational sessions will be specific to these specialty areas.
