Breast imaging center operator Solis Mammography has acquired St. Louis Breast Center, marking its expansion into the St. Louis market and the state of Missouri.
The center was launched in 2010 by a group of obstetricians and gynecologists to offer state-of-the-art breast imaging and is one of the only independent screening and diagnostic centers in the region, Solis said.
The acquisition expands Solis’ footprint into its 23rd major market, the company noted.
