Solis Mammography has acquired Breast Center of Acadiana in South Louisiana, which operates two screening and diagnostic breast radiology imaging locations in Lafayette and Youngsville.
Breast Center of Acadiana was founded in 2008 by Gary Mathews, MD. Solis said the acquisition expands its footprint into the company's 18th major market.
In January, Solis partnered with MountainStar Healthcare, a division of HCA Healthcare, to extend its services in Bountiful, Ogden, Orem, and Salt Lake City, UT.
