Radiation oncology software developer Crux Quality Solutions (CruxQS) has inked a letter of intent to purchase Remote Dosimetry Services (RDS) of Lucedale, MS.
CruxQS said it plans to integrate remote dosimetry and physics support services from RDS into its FlowBoard radiation oncology workflow management software platform. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
