21st Century Oncology and its subsidiary, 21st Century Oncology of New Jersey, have entered into a joint venture with Our Lady of Lourdes Healthcare Services, also of New Jersey.
The venture was inked on March 2. Under terms of the deal, 21st Century Oncology will own 70% and Our Lady of Lourdes Healthcare Services will hold 30% of a new joint-venture entity.
Our Lady of Lourdes Healthcare Services is part of the Trinity Health system, which serves Ohio, Texas, and Kentucky.
