The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) Foundation and radiation oncology firm Elekta have announced recipients of the 2014 Elekta Radiation Therapy Scholarship.
Four scholarships of $5,000 each have been awarded to entry-level radiation therapy students:
- Laura Jolovic of the University of Michigan in Flint
- Kelli Kida of Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, FL
- Heather Stebbeds of Wayne State University in Detroit
- Rachael Tubbs of the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse
Elekta has provided $213,000 in scholarships since 2006, according to ASRT and Elekta.
