Radiation oncology firm Accuray continues to expand its installed base in the Europe, India, Middle East, and Africa (EIMEA) region.
In 2013, the company's growth included the following:
- CyberKnife M6 series installations in France at Centre Eugène Marquis, Rennes, and Centre Hartmann, Levallois-Perret
- A CyberKnife M6 series installation in Luxembourg
- A CyberKnife installation in the Republic of Ireland
- A TomoTherapy H series installation in Sri Lanka
- A TomoTherapy installation in Iatropolis, Greece
- A TomoTherapy system installation in Russia
Accuray's CyberKnife and TomoTherapy systems have been used to treat more than 45,000 patients in the region, according to the firm.
