The chief financial officer (CFO) of radiation oncology firm Accuray, Derek Bertocci, has resigned, effective September 2.
The company has named Gregory Lichtwardt as the new CFO, effective immediately.
Lichtwardt joins Accuray after spending more than nine years as CFO with Conceptus. Prior to Conceptus, he served as CFO and corporate secretary at financial services company Innoventry.
Bertocci is expected to continue in a consulting role for Accuray.
