Radiation oncology firm Elekta and radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems have resolved their litigation announced in August 2012.
The lawsuit, which claimed that Elekta employees improperly gained access to Varian trade secret information, has been settled by mutual agreement between the two firms.
