Radiation therapy center operator American Shared Hospital Services has sold a Gamma Knife Perfexion system from Elekta to Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco, NY.
Northern Westchester is the first hospital in the Hudson Valley region to offer the Perfexion system for the treatment of brain tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, and other malformations within the brain, according to American Shared.
