Magnetoencephalography (MEG) developer 4-D Neuroimaging has gone private, terminating its reporting obligation and stock registration.
The San Diego company completed the process after 1,200-1 reverse stock split. Going private enables the company to free resources for areas that add greater value to the company, 4-D executives said.
