Vanderbilt Health and Siemens Healthineers have signed a long-term partnership agreement valued at $87 million to modernize and standardize diagnostic imaging and radiation oncology across Vanderbilt Health's hospitals in the Nashville, TN area.
Under the agreement, Siemens Healthineers will supply MRI, CT, molecular imaging, interventional radiology, and radiation oncology systems for Vanderbilt Health locations, including University Hospital and Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
The companies will also explore data infrastructure, AI-enabled technologies, and workflow innovation in radiology and personalized medicine, according to the companies.
