Canadian firm completes imaging center chain purchase

Canadian healthcare firm CML HealthCare Income Fund has finalized its acquisition of American Radiology Services (ARS) from buyout firm Advent International.

CML paid $151 million for the Baltimore-based imaging services provider, which operates 15 fixed-site multimodality and two single-modality outpatient centers in Maryland and Delaware.
