Mercury upgrades Visage CS

Mercury Computer Systems of Chelmsford, MA, has released Visage CS Thin Client/Server 2.2.

The upgraded technology features advanced tools for 3D and 4D image interpretation, as well as postprocessing and distribution that are not bound to specific workstations and available directly within the PACS workflow anywhere in the hospital enterprise.

Bone removal for CT runoff studies automatically identifies leg bone, pelvic bone, and spine to provide an enhanced view on vascular structures. Complete vessel trees can be displayed in a 3D maximum intensity projection (MIP) without the bone blocking the view.
