GE debuts fusion software at ACC

GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., has introduced Innova EPVision, a new software application designed to fuse real-time 2D x-ray images and 3D cardiac models from multiple modalities such as x-ray, CT, and MR.

Innova EPVision also incorporates image stabilization features to reduce image motion that occurs with patient movement or breathing.

The application was introduced at the American College of Cardiology (ACC) meeting in Atlanta this week.
