Toshiba wins Broadlane CT group buy

Group purchasing organization Broadlane reported that Toshiba America Medical Systems of Tustin, CA, was the winner in a live capital equipment group buy conducted for CT systems.

Participating in person at the event last week were 23 Broadlane hospital client experts representing four hospital systems, according to the Dallas-based organization. Three competing vendors were evaluated by a clinical committee consisting of radiology department directors, physicians, administrators, and technologists from participating Broadlane client hospitals.

Financial terms of the group buy were not announced.
