C-arm developer Ziehm Imaging and imaging software developer Pie Medical Imaging have formed a strategic partnership.

Under the collaboration, Ziehm will integrate and distribute the Maastricht, Netherlands-based firm's CAAS quantitative analysis software with its mobile C-arms dedicated for cardiovascular procedures. Pie's CAAS software will be controlled directly on the C-arm's monitor cart, according to Ziehm of Nuremberg, Germany.
