With CIVCO Assist, physicians can place and hold medical instruments to facilitate controlled, accurate treatment during ablations, biopsies, or other minimally invasive CT and ultrasound procedures.

The positioning arm features three stabilizing options, a set of curvilinear positioning arms, several arm attachments, and accessories. The stabilizing options, including a radiolucent stretcher with Vac-Pac mattress, a rail adapter, and a table adapter, provide a base for attaching the positioning arms.

By holding medical instruments such as an ultrasound transducer in a fixed location for an extended period of time, CIVCO Assist reduces the risk of repetitive stress injuries, according to the company. CIVCO Assist is available for shipping.
