The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) has named Kori Stewart and Stacy Anderson as the 2020 recipients of the ASRT Foundation's International Speakers Exchange Award.

The award funds two radiologic technologists to participate in the international speakers exchange program. The winning speakers receive conference registration, travel and lodging expenses, and a stipend for associated costs, according to the ASRT.

Stewart will speak about artificial intelligence in radiology at the U.K. Imaging and Oncology Congress, which takes place June 1-3 in Liverpool. She currently serves as clinical director and clinical assistant professor for the CT, MRI, and ultrasound certificate programs at the University of Hartford in Connecticut. She is also attending Rutgers University in pursuit of a doctoral degree in biomedical informatics.

Anderson will speak about quantitative imaging in radiation therapy at the Canadian Association of Radiation Oncology annual meeting, which takes place September 23-26 in Toronto. She is a program director of radiation therapy and medical dosimetry programs at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where she developed the first graduate-level medical dosimetry program.
