Siemens launches OB ultrasound software

Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA, has released its syngo.fourSight Workplace obstetrical ultrasound software.

The image management tool provides off-system 3D/4D volume manipulation and 2D image and clip review for a variety of Siemens' ultrasound platforms, according to the vendor.

syngo.fourSight Workplace uses 3D technology from Nvidia of Santa Clara, CA, with Nvidia Quadro FX graphics and Nvidia CUDA architecture to create the 3D views, Siemens said.
