Canon Medical Systems USA is partnering with Zebra Medical Vision (Zebra-Med) to offer its artificial intelligence (AI) imaging analysis technology.
Zebra-Med's AI1 automated imaging analysis technology provides cloud-based analysis of images using algorithms that have cleared the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and have been trained on millions of patient scans to triage acute medical conditions, detect incidental findings, and stratify risk.
This partnership marks the introduction of Zebra-Med's technology into the imaging modality space, bringing AI analysis closer to the point of care, according to the company.
