(A) Left mediolateral oblique mammogram shows new grouped pleomorphic calcification (arrow) adjacent to the previous operation site. (B) Transverse ultrasound image shows a 2.3-cm hypoechoic mass (arrows) with calcifications. (C) Axial contrast-enhanced fat-saturated T1-weighted MRI scan shows an irregular, heterogeneously enhancing mass (arrow) in the left breast, adjacent to the operation site. The final pathologic examination confirmed recurrent invasive ductal carcinoma.
