MEDUOG 2008: 5th International Congress of the Mediterranean Association for Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology

On July 4-5, 2003, a friendly meeting was organized by Juan Troyano-Luque in Tenerife, Spain. The aim was to discuss the opportunity to establish an association of the Mediterranean countries with the task to promote and develop the clinical use of ob/gyn diagnostic ultrasound and to increase the exchanging of experiences among the regions of the Mediterranean area. It was decided to have an annual congress with the site rotating in the different regions participating in the association. The 5th Congress, joined with the Ian Donald School, will be organized by Momtaz in El Ein Alsokhna resort on the Red Sea in Egypt.
