Endoscopic image (C) shows cannulation of the dilated minor papilla orifice. ERCP image (D) after injection via the minor papilla shows a massively dilated dorsal duct. The filling defects in the pancreatic tail represent intraluminal mucin. No invasive carcinoma was found at distal pancreatectomy.
