Bone densitometry and digital x-ray firm Hologic of Bedford, MA, has hired Roman Janer as vice president of mammography. Janer, who comes to Hologic from a vice president of business development post at Trex Medical, will be responsible for spearheading development of a series of digital mammography products based on DirectRay, the firm's digital x-ray technology.
