PenRad Technologies and imaging equipment distributor SourceOne Healthcare Technologies of Mentor, OH, have signed a distribution agreement.
The deal gives SourceOne U.S. distribution rights to PenRad's mammography information systems, according to the Plymouth, MN-based PenRad. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
