Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems has successfully acquired Cancer Treatment Services International (CTSI) for $283 million.
Terms of the acquisition remained consistent with the prior definitive agreement established between the two organizations. CTSI comprises several radiation oncology centers in Florida, Canada, and Hyderabad, India.
