Philips Healthcare plans to collaborate with medical imaging software developer MIM Software on improving radiation therapy treatment planning.
MIM Software's radiation oncology package MIM Maestro will be integrated into Philips CT and MR imaging systems, Philips said. The company's radiation oncology portfolio includes the Big Bore RT, Ingenia Elition 3-tesla MR-RT, and Ambition X 1.5-tesla MR-RT systems, as well as its Pinnacle Evolution treatment planning software.
