Image-guided radiation therapy developer ViewRay has secured $59 million in financing through a common stock and warrants sale to Fosun International.
The deal increases Fosun's ownership share of ViewRay from approximately 9.9% to 18.4%, according to the firm. The transaction is expected to close on March 2.
